Delivery & Returns

If you’re living in the UK, any item you purchase will be delivered free of charge (via RM 2nd class or DPD).

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for exchange to a different product or a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Email us your Order ID, invoice and the pictures of the product
  • We will decide whether your purchase is eligible for return 
  • Wait for our reply email
  • Send all items back to us to the following address :

Additional Information:

  • The duration of the return process may take up to 30 days
  • Return shipping fees are covered by the customer
  • Lost or damaged returns are the responsibility of the delivery service
